Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war fantastisch! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, direkt im Stadtzentrum und am Fluss gelegen. Ich konnte alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen und war ganz in der Nähe der Ermitage. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie standen mir jederzeit zur Seite und waren immer freundlich.

Some of the staff members were rude and unhelpful, which was a bit disappointing. the air conditioning didn't work properly in the first room, but they did try to fix it.

The gem-like lodging offers lovely staff, a pool open until 11:30pm, and clean rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast is worth including with plenty of variety to fill you up for the day. English-speaking staff are friendly and helpful.
